1. OVERVIEW

At URBANUT, we strive to deliver high-quality gardening products to your doorstep in perfect condition.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures to ensure a smooth resolution.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

• • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, and

• • You report the issue within 2 days of delivery, and

• • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Please note:

• • Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons.

• • Products such as fertilizers, plant growth boosters, neem oil, or other liquid/garden consumables are non-returnable once opened or used.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return: 

1. 1. Email us at urbanuthelp@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

      • • Your Order ID
      • • Reason for return
      • • Photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue.

1. 1. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product to our warehouse, depending on your location.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 5–7 business days.

4.2 Shipping Charges

• • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or wrong.

• • If the return is due to a customer preference (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered:

• • Opened or used fertilizers, soil mixtures, plant boosters, neem oil, or garden sprays

• • Perishable items such as live plants or organic compost

• • Customized combo packs or special promotional kits

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after the approved period:

1. 1. Contact your payment provider (sometimes it takes additional processing time).

7. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you refuse to accept the package, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
